I almost never battle anyone on D/P anymore, so no. If I started battling again, I MIGHT just try it out. XD

What is a F.E.A.R strategy? I just use the old Status Effect (Usually Paralyze or Confusion) then pound away.

The Rattata strategy.
Rattata @ Focus Sash (Low level, really slow) -Endeavor -Quick Attack/Extremespeed
Start off with Endeavor. A low levelled Rattata is slow, so it'll go last. The opponet is faster than you, and would 1-hit KO you, if not for your Focus Sash, which leaves you at 1 HP. Endeavor makes your HP and your opponet's HP the same. Now they're at 1 HP. Wipe them out with Quick Attack/Extremespeed.
Ta-daa!

What if the ratatta (yours) is fighting a pokemon like arcanine or rayquaza (ones that can know extreme speed or quick attack). They will most definitely beat you with one extremespeed. And doesn't endeavor not affect ghost types? Just get a Spiritomb or something part ghost with an attack that hurts normal types and you win.

Hmm~ I don't really have a strategy. I kind of go with it, depending what trainer I'm fighting, so I kind of switch strategies.

Yay for spam-ness!
Blissey with Toxic, Seismic Toss, a filler move, and Softboiled, I find quite useful.
